Head of Talent Acquisition — AI-Driven Hiring

Branch

Branch is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to own hiring end-to-end, partnering with executives and hiring managers across Claims, Underwriting, Actuarial, Product, Engineering, Finance and Member Support. You will build scoring rubrics, interview plans, and dashboards, while shaping the recruiting stack in Claude and Ashby. This remote-first role reports to the People leader and supports a growth-focused, data-driven team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Branch
