Position Details:

• Employment Type:   Full-Time

• Compensation:  100% Commission-based- 30% front end; 10% back end 75k+ a year.

• Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop expertise on all vehicle models and inventory

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend vehicle options

• Conduct test drives and explain key automotive features (valid driver’s license required)

• Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive sales

• Complete quotes, return calls and emails, and assist with credit applications and transaction paperwork

• Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage follow-ups

• Prepare sold vehicles before customer pickup

• Deliver an exceptional delivery experience by walking customers through vehicle features, warranty details, and final documentation
