Retail Store Associate - Merrell

Wolverine Worldwide is a global marketer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories, operating in approximately 200 countries. Our portfolio includes Bates, Chaco, Cat Footwear, Harley Davidson Footwear, Merrell, Saucony, Sweaty Betty, and Wolverine. Key Responsibilities Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics. Interacting with customers and educating them on our products, building rapport and lasting relationships. Maintaining store standards—front and back—including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, replenishing stock, assisting loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures. Being responsible for cash management and adhering to all policy and procedures for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy. Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data. Required Qualifications Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays. Retail sales experience preferred, but not required. Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles. Excellent communication skills. Positive and professional attitude. Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment. High School diploma or equivalent. US candidates only.
