## Lean EngineerApplylocations: Findlay, OHtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R\_00104073**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:* Lead Kaizen events, process improvement projects, and value stream initiatives that drive measurable business results.* Partner with production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and leadership teams to identify and eliminate waste throughout the organization.* Train, coach, and mentor employees on Lean principles, problem-solving tools, and continuous improvement best practices.* Analyze operational performance data and use Lean methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.* Facilitate cross-functional teams and effectively communicate project goals, progress, and results to stakeholders at all organizational levels.* Develop and sustain standard work, visual management systems, and process documentation using Microsoft Office tools and reporting systems.* Serve as a champion for continuous improvement by promoting a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.# Qualifications:* Experience leading Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or operational excellence initiatives in a manufacturing environment.* Strong knowledge of Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Kaizen.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.* Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to independently lead projects and drive change.* Demonstrated ability to analyze data, solve problems, and implement sustainable process improvements.* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and relevant experience will also be considered.
