Overview Sentara Norfolk General Hospital Nursing Resource Pool is hiring a Flexi, Night Shift Safety Partner. As a Safety Partner with Sentara, you will assist with keeping patients and the hospital a safe environment. The primary duties of this position include sitting with patients at risk of suicide, falls, wandering, self-harm, or other risk behaviors enabling patients to maintain function during their hospital stay. You will find that teamwork is exceptional, with everyone working together to provide the best care for our patients. Hours/Shift Full-time, Day Shift 7pm-7am City / State Norfolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Education and Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. Prior Healthcare Experience or Enrollment in a Health Sciences Program is Strongly Preferred.
