Customer Service RepresentativeThe Customer Service Department is a large part of our company and works with all departments to ensure an excellent customer experience. As a Customer Service Representative you will spend most of the day on email and/or phone with external/internal customers, resolving issues, collecting, entering and processing orders for installation.Inputting customer details on ordersTranscribing selection sheets for install/transcribing for repairsProcess work order for installProofreading dataAnswer email in timely mannerAnswer phone calls/return missed phone calls and voicemails immediatelyUpdate records for reselections and/or rescheduled installsDealing with customer and homeowner queriesWorking to meet deadline each day/sense of urgencyHelping all teammatesOperate office equipment including computer and copierAdhere to confidentiality regulationsTyping skills / 40 wpm preferredAccuracy and attention to detailGood communication skills both written and verbalComputer skills and knowledge of flooring/new home construction a plusBasic literacy and numeracy skills3 -- 5 years of customer service experience preferredHigh School Diploma/GED/CollegeAbility to lift 1-10lbs occasionallyRequired to remain stationary for prolonged periods of time, repetitively use hands to finger, handle, grip, feel, reach with hands and arms, occasionally stand, walkAble to hear, understand and distinguish speech and/or other soundsMedical, Dental and Vision coverage401KPaid HolidaysVacation and Personal TimeOn-site Gym FacilityEmployee Appreciation EventsFlooring Services and our affiliated entities are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
