Position Overview We are hiring a Warehouse Technician to support our warehouse and production operations. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and organized, with the ability to handle heavy materials and keep inventory flowing efficiently. You will play a key role in receiving, organizing, and moving materials that support our manufacturing team. What You’ll Do Receive, inspect, and organize HVAC parts and equipment Operate forklifts and hoists to safely move materials between warehouse and production Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Maintain accurate inventory records in the system Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory Load and unload trucks and stage materials for production Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE What We’re Looking For 1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience (industrial preferred) Forklift experience required (certification is a plus or will be provided) Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
