Qualifications:EducationAssociates Degree or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school Required orIn Lieu of degree 2 years of work experience in addition to the work requirement listed below. Required Bachelors Degree Preferred Work Experience5 years of relevant experience which must include two (2) years of leadership experience Required orIn lieu of degree seven (7) years of experience working as a Sterile Processing or Surgical Tech, 2 of which working in a leadership capacity will be considered Required Experience with process flow, plant/manufacturing operations, assembly line, and/or sterile processing department Preferred Licenses and Certifications Central Service Processing Certification Preferred Certified Operating Room Technician Certification in Sterile Processing Management Preferred Business Unit : Company Name: Piedmont Henry Hospital
