Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description Our Advance Urology Associate Clinic is now seeking an LPN to join their team! The position is full-time day shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Thursday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m. No weekends or holidays. Candidates must be LPN in MO or KS. A background in urology and experience with catheter placement/exchange are preferred. Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices. Perform telephone triage, manage patient flow, and coordinate patient care. Schedule emergent appointments and identify educational needs for patients and families, offering advice and recommendations. Insert intravenous access for medication administration and perform other duties as assigned. Delegate tasks to clinical staff in accordance with demonstrated competencies and scope of practice. Serve as a subject‑matter expert for patient education, assessment, interpretation, and documentation of patient care and testing. Enter admission orders as directed by provider. Manage expired samples. Work effectively in a team atmosphere and independently. Maintain excellent customer‑service skills and a professional demeanor at all times. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of applicable experience. Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross. Licensed Practical Nurse with various associate degrees.
