Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and keep our precision machinery running at peak performance. The Role: As a Maintenance Technician, you will be the backbone of our production floor. You’ll be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and optimization of our specialized manufacturing equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum safety. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on industrial machinery. Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance plans to extend the life of our precision equipment. Facilities Support: Maintain general building systems and assist with equipment installations or shop layout changes. Safety & Precision: Ensure all repairs meet OSHA standards and maintain the tight tolerances required for our high-quality saw plates. What You Bring to the Table: Industrial Experience: Proven track record in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment. Technical Literacy: Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals. Problem-Solving Skills: You don’t just fix the symptom; you find the root cause. Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using a wide range of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers.
