Electromechanical Assembler

Electromechanical AssemblerWe are seeking an electromechanical assembler with a comprehensive understanding of electrical test components on electronic circuit boards. The ideal candidate will have the ability to comprehend and assemble equipment from electrical design schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical design documents, coupled with 2-4 years of relevant experience.ResponsibilitiesAssemble and test electronic components following electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.Utilize assembly tools including manual and automatic wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, and de-soldering equipment.Demonstrate hand soldering expertise with RoHS and non-RoHS solder.Handle electronic components such as transformers, transistors, capacitors, resistors, circuit boards, and connectors.Follow ESD handling procedures to ensure safety and product integrity.Move and handle equipment weighing up to 40 pounds unassisted.Essential SkillsKnowledge of electrical test components on electronic circuit boards.Experience in reading and assembling from electrical design schematics and wiring diagrams.Proficiency with assembly tools and soldering equipment.Familiarity with electronic components and their functions.Expertise in RoHS and non-RoHS soldering techniques.Understanding of ESD handling procedures.English fluency.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work flexibly and volunteer for other assembly tasks.Experience in a multicultural environment.Why Work Here?Join a multicultural team in a climate-controlled environment where you have the opportunity to train on high-tech equipment and gain skills in computer system software.
