Warehouse Supervisor Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in our pallet production facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a safety-first mindset, and hands-on experience in fast-paced industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations including pallet sorting, repair, storage, and shipping

Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality goals

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments

Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records

Inspect pallets for quality standards and ensure proper handling

Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Communicate with management regarding performance, issues, and staffing needs

Qualifications

Previous experience in warehouse supervision or similar leadership role

Experience in pallet manufacturing, lumber, or industrial environments preferred

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification a plus)

Knowledge of OSHA safety standards

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

Strong communication and team leadership skills
