As an HVAC Technician with us, you’ll diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, ensuring each task is meticulously documented and verified. Your role involves conducting full-system health assessments during every maintenance call, providing homeowners with transparent insights into their system’s status. You’ll present repair-versus-replace options clearly, empowering homeowners to make informed decisions without pressure. Our structured career path offers a starting trainee salary of $25/hr, with the potential to earn $90,000–$138,000+/year as a Senior Technician. $60,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, ensuring each job is thoroughly tested and documented before completion.
• Conduct comprehensive system health assessments during maintenance visits, providing homeowners with a detailed status report.
• Present clear repair-versus-replace options with transparent pricing, empowering homeowners to make informed decisions.
• Enroll homeowners in our Comfort Club by explaining its benefits, allowing the value to speak for itself.
• Identify potential replacement opportunities and seamlessly transition them to the Comfort Advisor with full context.
• Maintain complete and accurate records in ServiceTitan, including photos, system readings, and job notes, for every call.
• Perform daily inspections of your service vehicle, ensuring all equipment is organized and any issues are promptly reported.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Comfortable using iPad and field service software (ServiceTitan or similar).
• U.S. work authorization.

You do NOT need:

• EPA 608 before day one — preferred, but we'll sponsor the right candidate.
• Commercial or new construction experience — this is residential service.
• Your own tools — the company provides equipment.
• ServiceTitan experience specifically — we'll train you on our system.
