Associate Territory Manager - San Antonio, Texas (Field)

Becton Dickinson seeks an Associate Territory Manager for San Antonio to drive sales of surgical reconstruction and biosurgery medical devices. The role combines field-based account management with clinical education, requiring direct engagement with surgeons and hospital staff across a designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and grow revenue within assigned territory
• Provide product education and in-service training to surgeons and OR staff
• Deliver on-site technical support during surgical procedures
• Develop new customer prospects and expand existing account relationships
• Maintain current product knowledge and communicate updates to customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years general sales experience
• Valid state driver's license with 3 years consecutive driving history
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Understanding of needs-analysis sales approach and contract administration
• Ability to travel at least 25% including overnight stays
