Hire Up Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Latrobe, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable operating a sit-down forklift.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $21/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 6:30 AM–3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials within or near the worksite.
• Operate a sit-down forklift to safely move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Fill orders and issue materials and supplies according to requests.
• Safely operate material-handling equipment, including:
• Sit-down forklifts
• Pallet jacks
• Cherry pickers
• Walking riders
• Reach trucks
• EZGo carts
• Hand trucks and dollies
• Accurately pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and order information before shipping.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required; experience operating a sit-down forklift preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to read and understand labels, tickets, and product documentation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately count and verify materials.
• Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour schedule.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
