A Level Technicians: Annual Pay Rate $125,000 up to $160,000+ Extra pay on specialty work - extra pay on warranty work Tenure, Christmas & vacation incentive pay, and where eligible: sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, referral bonuses and more!

B Level Technicians: Annual Pay Rate $76,900 up to $98,000+ Extra pay on specialty work - extra pay on warranty work Tenure, Christmas & vacation incentive pay, and where eligible: sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, referral bonuses and more!

C Level Technicians: Annual Pay Rate $54,000+ Tenure & Christmas incentive pay, referral bonuses and more!

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair in a timely manner
• Perform a wide range of automotive repairs
• Honestly assess vehicles and communicate necessary repairs clearly and precisely
• Communicate cause and correction to advisors regarding customer vehicles
• Complete full, accurate, and honest multi-point inspections
• Able to master Ford diagnostic tools

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• ASE certifications OR
• Ford and/or other OEM certifications
• Three or more years related experience and/or training
• Ability to type and utilize all functions of a computer and various operating programs
• General mechanical skills and manual dexterity
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to pass random drug screens
