ISSM Cybersecurity Analyst

Salary: $60,000 - 68,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree.
• We require an active DoD SECRET clearance.
• We require seven or more years of relevant cybersecurity, information assurance, information systems security, or RMF/A&A experience.
• We require a current DoD-approved IAT Level II or higher certification.
• We require experience serving as an ISSM in a DoD program office or acquisition setting.
• We require demonstrated experience with DoD RMF and system authorization or reauthorization.
• We require hands-on experience managing cybersecurity packages in eMASS.
• We require experience preparing and maintaining RMF artifacts, including System Security Plans, security-control evidence, risk assessments, and POA&Ms.
• We require experience supporting ATO or IATT packages and coordinating with Authorizing Official organizations.
• We require experience with vulnerability assessment, STIG compliance, ACAS or Nessus, and remediation tracking.
• We require the ability to work onsite in Orlando and meet applicable DHA security, CAC, facility-access, and system-access requirements.
• We prefer prior DHA or Army cybersecurity experience.
• We prefer experience with NIST SP 800-53, IAVM/IAVA processes, SCAP, and continuous monitoring.
• We prefer current or recent DHA/DoD credentials, CAC, network access, or eMASS access.

• We serve as the ISSM for assigned DHA MST PMO systems.
• We develop, maintain, and coordinate RMF authorization and reauthorization packages.
• We manage security controls, evidence, assessments, POA&Ms, and approval workflows in eMASS.
• We coordinate with system owners, ISSOs, system administrators, engineers, Security Control Assessors, and Authorizing Official organizations.
• We conduct or coordinate security-control assessments, vulnerability scans, STIG reviews, and remediation tracking.
• We support IAVM/IAVA compliance and continuous monitoring.
• We evaluate the cybersecurity impact of system and configuration changes.
• We document findings and provide recommendations that support IATT and ATO decisions.
• We maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready cybersecurity documentation.
• We report cybersecurity risks, compliance gaps, and items requiring Government action.

We are Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC), and we are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Simulation and Training Program Management Office (MST PMO) in Orlando, Florida. This is an onsite role, with situational telework only if authorized by the Government and not as a regular part of the position. The anticipated salary range is $60,000 to $68,000 annually, with final pay based on directly relevant DoD ISSM and RMF experience, certifications, and qualifications.
