Develop strategic roadmaps, evaluate new technologies, guide migrations and transformations, suggest innovative solutions and ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities:Provide necessary expert guidance to the 24/7 IT Operation Team, including but not limited to Enterprise Compute, End User Engineering, Google and Microsoft Collaboration platforms, Storage and Backup services, Network Infrastructure, Network Operation Center, Cyber Security, Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure Automations, etc.Proficiency in IT Infrastructure:Strong understanding of Operating Systems - Windows, Linux, AIX, IBMi Series etc. Data Center and Branch Office Network Infrastructures, Security Architecture, Collaboration Platform, Monitoring Tools and Application Software.Experience in Infrastructure Operations:Experience with managing and operating IT infrastructure, including Servers, Virtualization Platforms, Storage, and Networking. Architectural Principles & Standards:Familiarity with architectural standards and frameworks, such as TOGAF or Zachman. Technical Skills:Proficiency in tools and technologies used for infrastructure design, implementation, and management. Communication & Collaboration:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
