Crisis Response Practitioner - Circle Team
Urban Alchemy
Urban Alchemy is seeking a CIRCLE Practitioner in the Los Angeles area to respond to non-emergency 911 calls involving unhoused individuals. You will work with a small team to establish trust, de-escalate crises, and connect people to supportive services. The role requires emotional intelligence, strong communication, and adherence to program policies.
