Utility player, willing to help out wherever needed and the most organized when doing so. Will be tasked with supporting recruiters, helping to build rad teams and partnering wherever needed. Responsibilities: Manage scheduling for interview loops and other recruiting related events. Be knowledgeable about our business and be on point for HR related questions (i.e., benefits, comp, etc.). Be comfortable with data; running reports (some ad hoc) will be at least a weekly task. Spread the Uber LOVE through attending networking events, e-meetups, etc. Work closely with our recruitment team to improve existing programs and develop innovative strategies around finding top talent. Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years of prior scheduling experience. Calendar management, high volume scheduling. Stakeholder Management: develop relationships. Customer Service Mindset.
