Support the Store Manager in store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and manage merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies. Qualifications: Prior retail and/or management experience. Minimum age requirement of 18. Physical demands: stand, walk, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per day. Will work up to 38 hours per week.
