We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory and Cleanroom Restocking

Specialist to join our production team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily

operations, ensuring that our cleanrooms and compounding suites are meticulously

stocked, tracked, and prepared for the following day’s production.

Because you will be handling inventory for sterile and controlled environments,

accuracy, strict adherence to protocol, and a strong sense of urgency are critical.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

? Daily Cleanroom Restocking: Safely transport, sanitize (where applicable), and

stock essential materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), and

compounding supplies inside controlled cleanroom environments.

? Next-Day Readiness: Review the upcoming production schedule to cross-

reference, pull, and stage all required components, ensuring compounding

technicians have 100% of what they need before their shift begins.

? Inventory Tracking: Maintain real-time, accurate counts of stock levels

? Discrepancy Reporting: Immediately identify and report low-stock items,

expiring materials, or inventory discrepancies to management to prevent

production delays.

? Compliance Safety: Strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs),

gowning requirements, and sanitization protocols to maintain cleanroom integrity

and prevent contamination.

Qualifications Skills

? Experience: Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing,

material handling, or a pharmacy/healthcare setting is preferred, but we are

willing to train the right candidate.

? Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to [e.g.,

40–50 lbs], and comfortably wear required cleanroom PPE (gown, mask, gloves,

hood) for portions of the shift.

? Reliability: Strong organizational and time-management skills; a self-starter who

understands the impact of their work on the next days team.
