Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and maintain positive resident relations for a community in North Carolina. You will greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases, while showing model units and converting leads into residents. The role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
