Junior Graphic Designer

Health Choice Network is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects, from conceptualization to execution across digital, web, and print media.

We are seeking a strong graphic designer with demonstrated experience creating visual assets across multiple channels, including digital, print, and web. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in graphic design principles, layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling. This position is primarily focused on graphic design and visual communication, with some experience designing assets for websites and digital platforms required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce graphic materials for digital platforms, including websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and other online marketing tools.
• Create layouts, designs, and graphics for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Develop brand-consistent visual assets that support marketing campaigns and organizational objectives.
• Apply strong graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, concepts, and branding guidelines.
• Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other digital design tools to create high-quality visual assets.
• Prepare final designs for both web deployment and print production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of graphic design experience (internship and freelance experience considered).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Demonstrated experience creating graphic design assets across digital and print media is required.
• Experience designing marketing assets for websites, landing pages, social media, and email campaigns.
• Familiarity with Figma, Wix Studio/EditorX, Adobe XD, or similar design tools is preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work, including branding, marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and print design, is required.
• Understanding of digital design best practices and responsive design considerations.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to feedback and revisions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
