This role requires maintaining a home health caseload and providing services at least two (2) days per week, while spending three (3) days per week in the office or field actively recruiting therapist.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct home health evaluations and provide therapy treatments to patientsMaintain a minimum of patient visits scheduled per clinical dayComplete documentation accurately and timelyDevelop and implement strategies to attract qualified therapists using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn and other recruitment sourcesConduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organizationCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department headsTrack recruitment activities and candidate progress accuratelyManage candidate relationships, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment processCollaborate with leadership to ensure recruitment goals and processes are metStay up to date on industry trends, labor market conditions and best practices in healthcare recruitmentAttend job fairs industry conferences, and networking events to build relationships and promote the organizationDevelop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and professional organizationsCome in office on treatment days if you have 3 or less patient visits scheduled to perform recruiting dutiesBenefitsBenefits are offered to full time employees who work 30 hours or more a week.
