We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic in Mission Bend, Texas. This clinic opened in March and is continuing to expand its services to meet the needs of the surrounding community. With an additional location planned to open in the Fulshear area within the next year, this role offers strong potential for professional growth and long-term career development.

Our team currently includes one Physical Therapist and one Customer Support Specialist, with a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant joining in May. We are looking for a motivated clinician who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a patient-centered environment.

Position Overview

This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with the opportunity for part-time clinicians to transition into a full-time role as the clinic continues to grow. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, one-on-one patient care and supporting positive clinical outcomes.

Schedule

• Full-Time: Approximately 40 hours per week
• Clinic Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Target Schedule: Monday through Thursday preferred
• Part-Time: 20–30 hours per week
• Part-time to full-time transition opportunities available

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Up to $100,000 annually, based on experience
• Hourly compensation available and prorated based on schedule
• Performance-based bonus opportunities of up to $12,000 annually, based on clinical and non-clinical metrics

• 401(k) matching with 50% match up to 2%

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one patient care using 60-minute treatment sessions
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions across a range of conditions
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation using the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Collaborate with team members to support clinic growth and patient satisfaction

Patient Population & Services

• Patient Population: Adults to geriatrics
• Clinical Focus Areas: Orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, balance and vestibular therapy
• One-on-one patient care model with 60-minute appointments
• EMR System: Prompt

Qualifications

• Clear and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a patient caseload effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
