Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with Level 3 or 4 experience. The position requires competence in maintaining a sterile field, with expected SIMs Lab completion in Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for premature infants and those with cardiac defects, genetic disorders, or surgical needs.
• Maintain a 1:2 ratio for ICU and 1:3 for Level 2 patients.
• Manage and support staff within the NICU environment, ensuring adherence to unit policies and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of NICU experience with BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Previous travel experience is preferred, with a requirement to pass the DYS exam.
• Competency in maintaining a sterile field during procedures.
