Project Manager – Construction, multiple locations in CA Responsible for the efficient administration of one or more construction projects. Accountable for project costs, profitability, and client relationships. Collaborates with the Superintendent to achieve project goals. Education and Experience 4-year engineering or business degree or equivalent-related experience, plus experience/knowledge of construction, design, management, and finance. 4+ years experience as a Project Manager on specialized or complex projects. Competency of Enterprise software, budget/commitment differentiation, cost projection procedures, and cost control techniques. Refined business judgment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities. Salary and Compensation $125,000 - $178,000 Annually Eligible for a end-of-year discretionary bonus based on individual and Company performance.
