U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), a component of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is recruiting individuals interested in pursuing careers supporting the nations border security and law enforcement mission.
CBP offers a variety of career paths, including opportunities with the U.S. Border Patrol and other CBP operational and mission-support functions.
Key Opportunity
Up to $60,000 in incentives may be available for eligible CBP positions and candidates, subject to applicable requirements and conditions.
What Youll Do
Depending on the position and career path, CBP employees may contribute to:
- Border security and immigration enforcement
- Preventing the illegal entry of people and contraband
- Protecting U.S. borders and communities
- Conducting law enforcement and security operations
- Supporting CBPs homeland security mission
- Working with federal, state, local, and other law enforcement partners
