Quick Facts Location: Lexington, KY Start Date: 05/18/2026 End Date: 08/17/2026 Shift: 4x10-hour days, 7:00 am 5:30 pm (with 30-minute lunch) Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Full-Time Contract License/Certifications: KY State license or willing to license; NBCRNA Certification required Experience: Minimum 1-year experience (no new graduates) Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $226.20/hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Provide anesthesia care supporting a variety of cases including Orthopedics, Trauma, Vascular, and Neuro (excluding Cardiac and OB) Work alongside anesthesia staff, anesthesiologists, and residents in a Level 1 Trauma Center Support staff includes CRNAs, Anesthesia Techs, and Anesthesiologists, with medical direction ratios typically at 2:1 or 3:1 Perform procedures such as intubation, central line placements, arterial lines, and other line placements Support the anesthesia team in both general and high-acuity cases Work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment covering all age groups (excluding Neonatal) Be available for work NORA shifts as required What You Need Required: Kentucky State license or willing to obtain NBCRNA certification (Board Certified) Minimum 1-year relevant experience Skills in intubation, line placements, and arterial access Preferred: Experience working in a Level 1 Trauma Center environment Proficiency with EPIC EMR system About the Assignment This assignment involves supporting anesthesia services in a Level 1 Trauma Center, covering diverse cases in a busy hospital setting. The CRNA will work under the supervision of anesthesiologists and assist in a variety of surgical procedures, focusing on exceptional patient care across all adult and pediatric populations (excluding neonates). The schedule is flexible, with an emphasis on full-time coverage for four days each week, supporting a collaborative and educational environment.
