UKG/ STAFFING COORDINATOR

UKG Staffing Coordinator Lighthouse Care Center of Augusta has been providing psychiatric services to the CSRA for more than 15 years. Located in Augusta, GA, our 84-bed facility provides a therapeutic setting for those seeking treatment for mental illness. The UKG Staffing Coordinator is a key member of the Lighthouse Nursing Team who will collaborate with management to perform all scheduling needs for the department; ensuring that delivery of an effective, efficient scheduling process is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing, and accreditation requirements. The UKG Staffing Coordinator is responsible for comprehensive data entry, management, and revisions for nursing employees in the facilities' UKG Workforce system which manages schedules, time off, staffing incentives, and department transfers. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Collaborate with management in establishing an effective system for call-offs, overtime, and reporting callouts; replace and report call-outs in a prompt manner, arranging additional staff as needed Monitor staff attendance and punctuality, scheduled staff hours, FTE management, as well as per diem requirements for PRN staff Schedule orienting staff with preceptors for new hire orientation Present the Schedule Management information during new hire orientation Date entry and management of UKG Workday timekeeping system Benefit Highlights: Referral Bonus Program Challenging and rewarding work environment Competitive Compensation & Generous Paid Time Off Excellent Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Plans 401(K) with company match and discounted stock plan Career development opportunities within UHS and its 300+ Subsidiaries!
