Quick Facts Location: 49 Forest Road, Kiryas Joel, NY 10950 Start Date: 07/06/2026 End Date: 10/05/2026 Shift: 1 hospital 24-hour call shift per week & 2 clinic 8-hour days (Monday-Friday) Hours/Week: 40 hours (plus on-call) Employment Type: Contract basis License/Certs: Active NY Medical License, Board Certified in OB Experience: Prior OB/GYN experience required Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $222.30/hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time, in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and related reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide OB and GYN consultations and exams for adult and teenage patients Support ongoing obstetric care, including deliveries at a community hospital Manage patient care during on-call hospital shifts, including deliveries and emergent OB issues Collaborate with midwives and support staff for patient management Document medical records accurately using eClinicalWorks EMR system Participate in patient follow-up and education Respond to patient needs efficiently within a community health setting What You Need Required: NY State Medical License (active) Board Certification in OB/GYN (must be BC, BE not accepted) DEA Certification Minimum of 2 years of OB/GYN experience preferred Willingness to work 24-hour call shifts and clinic hours Preferred: Experience with ultrasound and obstetric deliveries Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a community health center with approximately 1500 deliveries annually. The facility offers onsite ultrasound, delivery services at Good Samaritan Hospital, and a sleep room for providers during their on-call shifts.
