About the Role: Job Title: Supply Chain Planner This role is critical in driving supply chain excellence within the automotive industry, focusing on aftermarket services and spare parts planning. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in demand planning, SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning), procurement planning, and logistics planning. Qualifications: 7–10 years of experience in supply chain planning, with a focus on aftermarket services and spare parts planning in the automotive industry. Strong expertise in demand forecasting, SIOP processes, procurement, and logistics operations. Proficiency in supply chain management tools and software. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite work environment. Location : North Reading, Massachusetts (5 days onsite a week) Salary Range : The salary for this position is between $130,000 – $135,000 USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
