Manufacturing Operator I Saw Operator / Technician

Pay Rate: $16/hr Schedule: MondayThursday, 6:00 AM4:30 PM Overtime may be required on Fridays Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Saw Operator / Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently fabricating quality cut-down products to meet customer demand. Primary Responsibilities

• Operate saw machines safely and efficiently
• Monitor strip and chip quality throughout production
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Assist in resolving production and quality issues
• Complete daily machine maintenance and operator care
• Support production size and packaging changeovers
• Provide relief support for other positions during breaks
• Assist with water treatment systems as directed
• Help in other production areas as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or ceramics experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
