Production Supervisor

Employment Type: Full Time - Direct Hire Pay: $30–38/hr DOE | 40 hours/week Our client is a design-build company that creates custom outdoor adventure structures and engineered experiences. They are looking for a hands-on Production Lead to help turn new designs into real-world builds and support projects from production through installation. What You’ll Do: Lead first builds of new products with the engineering team Travel to job sites for installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, and upgrades Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and field-related issues Work closely with engineering, fabrication, and field teams Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and performance What We’re Looking For: Strong mechanical, construction, or equipment-build experience Experience with vehicles, mechanical assemblies, and electrical components Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and build instructions Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Comfortable with frequent and sometimes extended travel Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to adapt as designs change Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO and holiday pay This is an in-person role based in Hendersonville, TN with travel to project sites.
