Breakfast Server - AC Hotel Portsmouth

AC Hotel by Marriott Downtown/Waterfront 299 Vaughn Street Portsmouth, NH 03801, USA Description AC Hotel Portsmouth, a Colwen Hotels property, is seeking engaging, friendly, detail-oriented Full Time and Part Time Breakfast Servers to join our Food and Beverage team. The primary responsibilities of this role include handling the setup and breakdown of the breakfast buffet, maintaining the dining area, ensuring food is available, and delivering exceptional guest service. General Responsibilities: Prep food offerings, set up food service area. Acknowledge and welcome each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting (use guest name whenever possible). Answer questions regarding the menu. Maintain knowledge of all food items. Adhere to all applicable food safety regulation including correct time and temperature control and HAACP guidelines. Delivers food, beverages, condiments and other requested items. Ensure all food product meets specification, notify management of issues. Collect plates and clear table as guests finish their meal. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area and guest area during shift. Adhere to all applicable Colwen and brand standards for food and beverage service and compliance with state liquor policies Maintain knowledge of guest rooms, amenities, features and services offered at the hotel. Clean designated areas in accordance with defined procedures, following proper set up and closing procedures. Ensure sideboards are adequately stocked. Set tables to standards, and that all items are clean and in good repair. Perform other related duties as assigned.
