Forklift/Hi-Lo OperatorAt Voltava, people power everything we do. Together, we are Building A Better Everything.Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move, stage, rack, and deliver materials throughout the warehouse and production areas, including loading and unloading trucks and supporting efficient production flow.What You Need To Be Successful:Mandatory sit-down forklift experience.Stand-up forklift experience.Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or material-handling environment.Commitment to safe work practices and a strong safety mindset.Ability to stand for 8 or more hours per day.Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.Strong communication skills, teamwork, initiative, and reliability.Ability to be on time, lead by example, and maintain constructive working relationships.Successful completion of required post-offer pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing.Unload incoming trucks, put inventory away, and rack and stack product up to 16 feet high.Load trucks with empty dunnage and maintain an organized, productive work area.Identify and communicate equipment, material, or operational issues to the appropriate team member.Education:High school diploma or equivalentTravel:NoneWhat We Offer:We believe our team members are our greatest investment, which is why we offer a competitive total rewards package designed to support you at every stage of your career and life.
