Supply Chain Project ManagerLocation: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)ContractJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end supply chain initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in supply chain operations, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and project execution within fast-paced environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead supply chain transformation and optimization projects across procurement, logistics, inventory, warehousing, and distribution functions.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, sourcing, manufacturing, finance, and IT to ensure successful project delivery.Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and status reporting.Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates to leadership teams.Support ERP/SAP/Oracle supply chain implementations, upgrades, or integrations.Monitor vendor performance, transportation operations, and inventory planning activities.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Facilitate issue resolution, escalation management, and change management activities.Required Skills:Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, and Inventory Control.Experience managing large-scale supply chain or operations projects.Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDA, or Manhattan.Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or reporting tools.
