Sign-On Bonus:

• Full-Time: $12,000

The Greens at Weaverville is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN) for our 3p–11p shift . This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality resident care while supporting and guiding the nursing team during the evening shift.

In this role, you will collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care from admission through discharge.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants and nursing staff during the shift
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and appropriate team members
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
• Serve as a clinical leader and resource for the nursing team

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of one year of experience in long-term care preferred

• Strong clinical knowledge of long-term care practices and regulations
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Professional and compassionate approach when working with residents, families, and staff
