Physical Therapist - Full-Time
CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC.
Seeking a Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Under general supervision from Therapy Leadership, responsibilities include direct patient supervision , indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians , and general oversight of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s, Master of Science, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, current/temporary state licensure , and BLS certification . Preferred experience of 6 months to 1 year with adult and geriatric populations. Physical requirements involve lifting up to 50 lbs , prolonged standing, walking, and performing various movements such as gripping, reaching, and bending. Key skills include compassion, professionalism, collaboration , and a positive outlook.
