Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient condition, administer medications, respond to changes in status, and escalate concerns per protocol.
- Collect relevant data, assess, develop a care plan, implement interventions, coordinate care delivery, and evaluate progress toward outcomes.
- Collaborate with the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team; participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients and families.
- Directly provide health information to patients and families; delegate appropriately and supervise the nursing team as needed.
- Document care in the electronic medical record (EPIC) and maintain accurate, compliant records; uphold safety and infection control standards.

Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice (Oregon) required
- BLS/CPR certification from an approved vendor required
- EPIC electronic medical record experience required
- At least two years of recent ICU/acute care nursing experience
- BSN degree preferred
- Ability to work night shifts in a hospital ICU setting
