Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions aimed at improving clients’ mental health and emotional well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele of stable adults, all of whom are carefully screened to ensure they are appropriate for telehealth services. Our clients typically present with low acuity mental health concerns, allowing you to focus on delivering personalized care without the overwhelming pressures that can come from managing more severe mental health cases. Furthermore, we will match you with clients based on your specialties and preferences, enhancing both your experience and their care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license in Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted; you must be in good standing with the state board.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine compassionate nature are essential for building rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and maintaining confidentiality with sensitive client information.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 100,000 per year, in addition to a sign-on bonus.
