The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of a high-potential New York territory covering Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island, Westchester and The Bronx , developing relationships with private dental practices, implantologists, oral surgeons, periodontists, prosthodontists and GP dentists placing implants.

Representing a premium implant portfolio supported by outstanding clinical evidence, you'll help clinicians grow their implant business through innovative solutions, education and consultative selling.

Success in this role comes from building trusted partnerships, identifying new opportunities and providing value rather than competing on price.

This is a highly autonomous position where you'll have genuine ownership of your territory while being supported by an experienced management team and industry-leading training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan.
• Generate new business opportunities across Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island, Westchester and The Bronx
• Build long-term relationships with clinicians, practice owners and key decision-makers.
• Increase market share within your assigned territory.
• Deliver product demonstrations, educational presentations and clinical support.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts while consistently opening new business.
• Attend trade shows, study clubs, educational events and customer meetings.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives.

We are seeking a high-performing sales professional with a successful background within the dental implant industry.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Proven experience selling dental implants into private dental practices.
• A consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business development and territory management experience.
• Excellent consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Experience introducing premium clinical products rather than competing on price.
• A hunter mentality with the ability to identify, develop and close new business opportunities.
• Commercial awareness, resilience and a highly self-motivated approach.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to communicate confidently with dentists, specialists and practice owners.
