Wellness Sales Associate - Part Time
YogaSix | Parsippany, NJ

We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to building a strong community through exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the full sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
- Meet and exceed sales goals established by the General Manager.
- Conduct studio tours for new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, programs, and pricing.
- Emphasize and reinforce the studio's objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong customer service background and proficiency in Club Ready software.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone, and email.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Willingness to attend special events and training as needed.
Schedule
Flexible hours between 20-30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
