BC/BE

OH License

Procedural logs for the past 12 months

Covid vaccination

Facility: A General Medical and Surgical Hospital

Schedule: Dates: March 1, 2022 - Ongoing

7 on / 7 off

Shifts: 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am

Assignment: Inpatient

Rounds to start Shift

Procedures: Central Lines, Intubations, & Vents

Census: 7 admissions per day
