From there, you will provide routine preventative examinations, restorative care, extractions, denture fabrications, relines, and repairs to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities in a mobile fashion. Current opportunities in the greater Toledo, OH areas.Role Overview & Responsibilities for DentistsConduct comprehensive examinations and regular dental careTraditional daily patient care will include examinations, restorative, routine extractions, denture fabrications, and repairsComplete required patient and clinical documentation in our proprietary electronic medical record systemResponsible for applying proper coding guidelines and populating appropriate billing codes for services provided to patientsAdheres to OSHA guidelines regarding patient care, disposal of materials, and sterilization of equipmentQualificationsDental background with proficiency in the assessment, treatment, management, and evaluation of dental careAbility to work independently on a daily basisExcellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to use EMR, text, email, the internet, and to learn other healthcare related softwareSelf-starter attitude with the desire to deliver quality, thoughtful, and attentive carePhysical Requirements for Dentists:Ability to stand, to bend, and to liftAbility to transport mobile dental equipment (maximum of 15 lbs.)May be occasionally required to transport patients in wheelchairsEducation & Qualifications:D.D.S or D.M.DCurrent state professional licenseValid driver's licenseTravel:This is a mobile position. Daily travel is based on the patient care requirements for the specified service area; your practice.
