Keep the Shop Moving.Capital Automotive Group is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our team.This role is at the heart of the dealership’s day-to-day operation. You’ll work closely with technicians, service advisors, customers, and fellow teammates to make sure the right parts get to the right place — accurately, efficiently, and with great service along the way.If you know automotive parts, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a busy dealership environment, we’d love to meet you.What You’ll Be Doing:Assist technicians, service advisors, wholesale customers, and retail customers with parts needsLook up and identify the correct parts using dealership systems and catalogsProvide accurate pricing, availability, and estimated delivery informationProcess parts orders, invoices, returns, and special ordersMaintain organized and accurate parts inventoryReceive, stock, and properly label incoming parts as neededCommunicate clearly with customers and teammates regarding order status and availabilityBuild strong relationships with internal departments and outside customersHelp keep the Parts Department organized, efficient, and moving throughout the daySupport the Parts Manager and team wherever neededWhat We’re Looking For:Previous automotive parts experience preferredDealership experience is a plusStrong customer service and communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple prioritiesDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracyBasic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systemsDependable, organized, and ready to be part of a teamA positive attitude and willingness to jump in and helpValid driver’s license and acceptable driving recordWhat We Offer:At Capital Automotive Group, we believe taking care of our people matters.
