Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Warehouse Associate Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 18.32 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.Process outgoing shipments using warehouse management and shipping systems.Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities.Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.Assist with other warehouse projects and duties as assigned.Warehouse Associate Qualifications:Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred.Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment.May require overtime during peak business periods.Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
