Accounting Analyst – Executive & Equity Compensation This role provides analytical, administrative, and accounting support for executive compensation, equity programs, and board compensation activities. It ensures accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of executive and director compensation processes, regulatory filings, and financial reconciliations. Responsibilities Prepare, update, and maintain Proxy disclosures related to equity and deferred benefit compensation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance. Provide participant support for equity plans, board compensation, and deferred compensation, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues. Prepare and support Form 4 filings, validate data, coordinate with Legal and external vendors, and adhere to required timelines. Produce equity board materials, including analytical summaries, schedules, and supporting documentation. Coordinate closely with Payroll on equity vesting events, tax withholding, and processing to ensure accurate and compliant payroll execution. Maintain board compensation schedules and payment records, apply committee‑approved updates, and prepare and validate director 1099s. Conduct monthly reconciliation of board compensation accrual accounts, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and maintain documentation and controls for internal and external audits. Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job functions. Coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as a subject matter expert as needed. Actively learn, demonstrate, and foster the corporate culture, taking personal initiative and serving as a positive example. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Required: 3+ years of experience in accounting, executive compensation, equity administration, or HR analytics. Required: 3+ years of experience supporting stock awards and working closely with HR and Payroll. Preferred: Strong knowledge of deferred compensation, equity awards, and board compensation practices. Preferred: Proficiency in accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial controls related to compensation and equity programs. Preferred: Demonstrated experience working with stock awards (e.g., RSUs, performance awards) and related tax implications. Preferred: CPA or similar credential. Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills. Ability to partner effectively with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external vendors. Proficient in equity administration systems and Microsoft Excel; ability to analyze and validate complex data sets. Experience with minimal travel. Pay Range $68,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually, dependent on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
