As a Personal Banker, you will be the face of the bank, helping customers achieve their financial goals while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. What You'll Do As a Personal Banker, you will: Build strong customer relationships through outstanding customer service Open and maintain customer accounts Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, and digital banking services Address account maintenance requests, including address changes and fraud-related inquiries Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidentially Support branch operations while contributing to a positive team environment Maintain accuracy and compliance with bank policies and procedures Qualifications Required: 1-3 years of customer-facing service experience, preferably in banking, retail, or financial services Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office, online banking platforms, and mobile applications Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Dependable attendance and flexibility to work rotating Saturdays Commitment to Dieterich Bank's core values of Integrity, Value, Service Excellence, and Teamwork Preferred: Associate degree in Business or a related field Previous banking, teller, or retail banking experience Schedule Full-time, up to 40 hours per week Branch hours generally between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Rotating Saturday schedule (minimum two Saturdays per month) between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM When staffing permits, employees working a scheduled Saturday may receive a weekday off Benefits & Perks We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Group Health Insurance Group Dental & Vision Insurance Life, AD&D & LTD Insurance 401(k) Plan - Employer matching available Employee Assistance Program+ Discretionary Profit Sharing Plan Discretionary Bonus Plan Profit Sharing Plan Paid Time Off (Holidays, sick time, personal time, and vacation) 8 hours of paid time volunteer with a charity of their choice.
